Pat Woods Carpentry and building service is based in North Leitrim on the West Cavan border, near the village of Dowra. With 25 years experience in the building industry providing a carpentry service second to none including one off Bespoke roofs and external woodwork, to complete internal fit out, doors, floors, stairs, kitchens.
Working closely with our clients we offer a one stop shop for all your carpentry and building needs. Total refurbs of old cottages to new builds, attic conversions and extensions. Many of our clients are UK residents with property in the north west of Ireland, we also offer a maintenance package which looks after a property and its grounds in a clients absence. All our rates are competitive and from our base near Dowra we offer a complete carpentry and building service to a large area which includes Leitrim, Cavan,Sligo,Roscommon,Mayo,and Longford. The range of stairs available from our stairs installation service includes straight stairs, half landing, quarter landing and all other stair types.

and laminated flooring. We also build subfloor supports for suspended floors.
